Diarise the 4th to the 7th of February 2015 now! The first South African Menswear Week will be taking place in Cape Town, South Africa, and will host over 25 of South Africa’s best menswear designers in 18 ramp shows.
Whilst predominantly an industry event, there are tickets available on Webtickets for sale to the public. These are limited, and will go on sale on the 16th of January 2015. They are expected to sell out quickly, so if you do not have an invitation, get your tickets as soon as they go on sale!
The SAMW platform will open to the African continent for the July showcase, truly making SAMW the platform for menswear designers in Africa to showcase. The first event however will not be only South African, but also showcasing designers from Tanzania, Nigeria, Rwanda and Ghana.
