Week of Fashion returns from 21 to 25 October 2025 to Wonderland Film Studios once again to present the largest collection of designer shows, talks and fashion related events in a fashion week format in South Africa. Welcoming more than 50 designers to the main Week of Fashion schedule across our SA Menswear Week and Womenswear Collection shows, there are also Future Talent, GRADweek and FashTalks taking place throughout the days.
GLOBAL FASHION GRADUATE
GFG presented by Arts Thread joins the Week of Fashion schedule for October 2025. Presenting the best fashion graduates from across the world’s top schools, including all the South African ones, it’s a full schedule of events including a 3 day Symposium with some of the worlds top brands and speakers presenting an array of interesting and relevant topics, alongside this a full exhibition takes place showcasing work from the students and institutions taking part, and the final evening is the big fashion show presenting more than 40 students from 25 countries’ collections on our Week of Fashion catwalk.
WEEK OF FASHION
Following GFG the venue gets turned around overnight to the fashion week space you know and love, but with additional elements such as the SHOWrooms, FASHtalks and a series of fashion installation shows taking place every 90 minutes on the purpose built stage. These run alongside the biggest fashion week show schedule in South Africa featuring the best established and up-and-coming designers in catwalk shows every hour. The schedule for these will be released on 01 October 2025.
ACCESS AND SUPPORT
Access to all the shows is strictly limited. You will need to have approved accreditation to attend any of the catwalk shows, or have a designer invitation to their show.
Global Fashion Graduate is strictly on an accreditation basis, however the exhibition is open to the public to come and see the work from 14h00 to 16h00 on 21, 22 and 23 October 2025.
There is a ticket lottery allowing followers of fashion to register to win a show ticket to selected shows on schedule. This is on a standing deck basis, and will be announced on the SA MENSWEAR WEEK social media accounts when it opens on 13 October 2025.
